At Fenicia, we understand the challenges and frustrations that come with property vacancies especially when difficult to rent large properties . That's why we offer a guaranteed rental service for 3-5 years.
We are looking primarily at single units with 2 or more bedrooms.

Regular Assured Shorthold Tenancies leave you at risk of void periods, when rental income dries up, and you need to search for new tenants.
With a 5-year rent-to-rent agreement you will no longer have voids to worry about.
The size, condition and location of the property will define the rental fee that we can pay each month.

We can assist with relocation matters - such as local primary schools (Kent Grammar Schools
are high in demand),churches, community groups, events etc.

We do apply a rigid 'no party' policy.
